Cancelation Policy

One-time or a-la-carte contest purchases

You can design as many contests as you want for no charge. Once you enter your credit card number and launch your contest, your credit card will be charged. You can end your contest at anytime, but there are no refunds once the contest begins.

Monthly contest purchases

Your credit card is billed on the day of the month that you first began your subscription. For example, if you started on the 18th, then you will be billed on the 18th of every month. If your billing day was the 31st, then your actual billing day would be rounded to the 1st of the following month. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will forfeit the balance of your subscription time. Your credit card will no longer be automatically charged. Your contests will not be deleted and your account will still be active. Subsequent contests will be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis according to our price list.

You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
